This week we wanted to feature a couple of our duplex/ apartment designs

Our first design is... Millstead Oaks!
The main dwelling spans an impressive 120.76 square meters, showcasing three spacious bedrooms, two beautifully appointed bathrooms, and a seamlessly integrated open plan living and kitchen area. Every detail has been meticulously crafted to create an environment that exudes luxury and comfort.
Complementing the main dwelling, the secondary dwelling offers 101.93 square meters of refined living space, featuring two bedrooms, a versatile study room, and an inviting open plan living and kitchen layout. With additional highlights such as a well-designed bathroom, a convenient laundry area in the garage, and ample storage options too!

Introducing the Moore Street Duplex:
Built onto an existing property, the two adjoining residences feature mirrored floor plans, allowing for a streamlined construction process that efficiently completes both homes simultaneously.
Each unit boasts three spacious bedrooms, including a master with an ensuite, ample wardrobe space, a well-appointed family bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area designed for seamless flow and comfort.
This design, and Millstead Oaks previously featured, are just a few of the duplex plans we've worked with alongside developers and investors in the local area.
