Here’s how we guide you from first ideas to final approval:

Step 1: Design / Concept Plans

Every great home starts with a great idea. In this first phase, we take the time to get to know you—how you live, what inspires you, and what you want your home to feel like. Through site analysis, sketches, and concept drawings, we shape a design that reflects your lifestyle, your site, and your long-term goals.

This stage is all about creativity, possibility, and bringing your dream into focus.

Step 2: Developed Designs / Pricing Plans

Once we’ve settled on a concept you love, we move into refining the design and preparing it for pricing. Here, we fine-tune layouts, adjust material choices, and make sure everything aligns with your budget. It’s a collaborative stage, often involving your chosen builder or quantity surveyor, ensuring that what we’re designing is both buildable and cost-effective.

We make design decisions easier by giving you the confidence of clarity and value.

Step 3: Detailed Design / Working Drawings

With the design direction confirmed, we get technical. Detailed working drawings and specifications are produced to accurately document every element of your build. These drawings will guide your builder and other consultants, ensuring that nothing is left to chance.

This phase is the bridge between vision and construction—translating design into build-ready detail.

Step 4: Building Consent (Submission Only)

We manage the Building Consent process, preparing and submitting the required documentation to your local council. By taking care of the admin and liaising with council as needed, we help minimise delays and streamline approvals—so your project can move forward without unnecessary stress.

With everything in place, you’re now ready to build.
