Presenting “Russley" by Ilaisa Design, a stunning two-story residence spanning 178 square meters. This thoughtfully designed home features four bedrooms, including two master bedrooms upstairs. The primary master suite boasts an ensuite, while the second master bedroom offers an ensuite and a private living area for added versatility. With a total of three well-appointed bathrooms and abundant storage throughout, including an office, large pantry, and walk-in wardrobe, this design prioritises convenience and functionality.

This design is a proposed new 2 storey dwelling with attach double garage and Flat, to replace an existing property. The clients requested a concept plan and wanted to keep as much of the existing landscaping after they provided us with a site plan to indicate the existing planting areas.We aimed to use claddings that blended well with the surroundings and within the subdivision it’s placed in too.
